Leather Queen is a story about choosing your own adventure. This documentary focuses on Tamale as she runs for the title of International Ms Leather, a competition that takes place in San Francisco. Every year, women come from all over to compete for the title and to serve as the spokeswoman for the leather community in her title year. The film will follow Tamale as she prepares for and runs for the title, as well as explore the leather and BDSM communities as Tamale tries to find her place within them.
